This is for a one-time comprehensive compliance onsite audit.  Conduct your day as your normally would. Don't cancel patients. This audit will take most of the day to complete. I will come to your practice and quietly conduct the audit. Before I leave your office, I will provide you with a comprehensive audit report on CD. These common violations occur in the records, in the office, amongst employees, and in the equipment. I will visit with your staff throughout the day in order to find out whether there are violations going on that are not so easily recognized. This audit also includes an observation of sanitation practices and question/answer session with all staff (we can do this over your lunch hour). Your audit report will help with the implementation of policies/procedures/forms needed to correct any problems and keep you better organized.

THE ONSITE COMPLIANCE AUDIT IS DONE UNDER AGREED CONTRACT BETWEEN ME (DENTAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALISTS, LLC) AND THE DDS. THE CONTRACT ASSURES YOU, THE CLIENT, THAT ALL INFORMATION OBTAINED OR OBSERVED IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
